FBC Bootcamp Registration Terms

These Bootcamp Registration Terms ("Terms") apply to registrations for the FBC Bootcamp organised by MB Freelance Business, operating as Freelance Business Community ("FBC", "we", "us", "our"), a legal entity established under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, with registered office at Linksmoji g. 129-10, LT-11234 Vilnius, Lithuania, legal entity code 307630296.
By registering for the Bootcamp, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bootcamp Description
The FBC Bootcamp is a paid educational programme delivered in the format described on the relevant registration or sales page. The Bootcamp may include live sessions, workshops, group activities, digital materials, templates, recordings, or other learning resources.
The exact content, dates, schedule, duration, speakers, and delivery format will be described on the relevant registration page.
2. Registration and Payment
Your place in the Bootcamp is confirmed only once:
All prices are stated in EUR and shall be payable on the terms shown at checkout.
If payment is not completed, FBC is not obliged to reserve your place.
- you complete the registration process; and
- full payment has been successfully received.
3. Participant Cancellation
You may cancel your Bootcamp registration by written notice sent to info@freelancebusiness.eu
The following cancellation terms apply:
Failure to attend or participate: no refund. The fees paid can be transferred to another FBC programme per agreement.
- Cancellation at least 14 calendar days before the Bootcamp start date: full refund of the amount paid, minus any clearly disclosed non-refundable payment processing or administrative fee, if applicable.
- Cancellation less than 14 calendar days before the Bootcamp start date: no refund.
4. Changes, Rescheduling, and Cancellation by FBC
FBC reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Bootcamp where necessary, including changes to:
Such changes shall not materially deprive participants of the core value of the Bootcamp.
If FBC cancels the Bootcamp or makes a material change that substantially affects delivery, FBC may offer one of the following:
- timetable;
- speakers, mentors, or trainers;
- session format;
- delivery platform;
- venue, where applicable.
- transfer to a rescheduled Bootcamp;
- transfer to another equivalent FBC programme;
- credit for a future FBC service; or
- refund of the amount paid for the affected Bootcamp.
5. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
FBC may remove a participant from the Bootcamp, without refund, if the participant behaves unlawfully, abusively, disruptively, discriminatorily, or in a manner that seriously interferes with the learning environment or rights of others.
- providing accurate registration details;
- ensuring they have suitable equipment, software, and internet connection for online participation;
- attending sessions on time;
- engaging respectfully with speakers, staff, and other participants;
- complying with any instructions reasonably given during the Bootcamp.
6. Intellectual Property
All Bootcamp materials, content, methods, templates, recordings, slides, and resources are the intellectual property of FBC or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
Participants may use Bootcamp materials only for their own personal learning or internal business use.
Participants may not, without prior written consent from FBC:
- copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish Bootcamp materials;
- share access with third parties;
- record sessions;
- use the materials to create competing training, events, or educational products.
7. Recordings and Materials
If the Bootcamp includes live online sessions, FBC may record some or all sessions for internal use, participant replay access, quality control, or future educational use, as described in the relevant registration materials or Privacy Policy.
If recordings are made, participants may have their name, voice, image, video, chat messages, or contributions included, depending on how they participate.
Any personal data will be processed in accordance with FBC's Privacy Policy.
8. No Professional Advice or Guaranteed Results
The Bootcamp is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bootcamp content does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, mental health, or other regulated professional advice.
FBC does not guarantee any specific outcome, including:
Results depend on many factors outside FBC's control, including each participant's effort, experience, market conditions, and implementation.
- direct client acquisition;
- employment results;
- certification;
- personal or professional transformation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FBC shall not be liable for:
FBC's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Bootcamp shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid by the participant for the Bootcamp.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential losses;
- loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data;
- losses resulting from participant non-attendance, lack of equipment, internet failure, or failure to follow instructions;
- decisions made by participants based on Bootcamp content.
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- wilful misconduct or gross negligence;
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- infringement of mandatory consumer rights;
- any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Force Majeure
FBC shall not be liable for delay, rescheduling, interruption, or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
In such cases, FBC may reschedule the Bootcamp, change the format, provide substitute trainers, or offer another reasonable solution.
- internet or platform outages;
- cyber incidents;
- illness or unavailability of trainers;
- government restrictions;
- natural disasters;
- strikes;
- travel disruption;
- other force majeure events.
11. Data Protection
FBC processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
If you are not a consumer, disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable mandatory law.
