What is the Freelance Business Month
The Freelance Business Month is an event designed to unite the freelance ecosystem and to show the power of growing independent businesses.
With the key focus on independent professionals and their supporters, the event will last the entire month and will be the epicentre of cultivating ideas, knowledge, skills sharing and learning new tools that enhance freelance productivity and efficiency.
This event is a crowdsourced effort of many freelance communities, freelance leaders, mentors and coaches.

Welcome to the special 5th edition of the FBM!
Life often takes unexpected twists. Shortly after the FBM 2023, my dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. This was a profound shock for our family. Everything in my life came to a standstill, and I found it difficult to focus on anything other than his well-being.
On July 27 of this year, my dad passed away. During these past months, I questioned whether I could manage a month-long event at the same scale as before... or should I just give up the idea.
As I was standing at his grave, one thing became crystal clear: my dad was a fighter, refusing to give up to the toughest illness until the very end. Would he want me to abandon something I had dedicated so much time to building?
I want to dedicate this event to the toughest fighters, to unstoppable warriors, to carrying human beings, to goal-getters, to champions, to people who get through difficulties no matter what and no matter whether you win or loose.
I also want to dedicate this event to raise awareness about one of the deadliest forms of cancer —pancreatic cancer. FBM2024 will be a free event, however we will be accepting donations, which will be sent to the Pancreatic Cancer Europe to support ongoing research into treatments for this devastating disease. Please consider donating.
